- Let us know about stairs, lifts or restricted parking at either address, so we can plan the right team and timing.
- Pack a personal essentials bag (medication, chargers, documents, a change of clothes) separately from the rest of your move.
- Flag any particularly heavy, fragile or awkward items in advance so we can prepare properly.
- If you're packing yourself, boxes should be ready and sealed before the team arrives, with fragile items clearly marked.

How far in advance should I book my house removal?
Booking with as much notice as possible helps us confirm your preferred date, but we always try to accommodate short-notice requests where our schedule allows.
Do I need to pack everything myself before you arrive?
Not at all — you can pack everything yourself, ask us to pack everything for you, or split the difference. Just let us know what you'd like when you request your quote.
